As a soft-matter physicist I work at the intersection between physics, chemistry and biology. After my PhD in the field of thermoresponsive Polymers I changed my focus to phospholipid systems and biophysics. In addition to that I also work on instrumentation and neutron scattering, building the small-angle neutron scattering SANS instrument SKADI at the upcoming ESS and a novel high-flux capable high-resolution neutron detector SoNDe.
